now this is a good busness . they will take a some charge monthly to give u a passenger by wireless . buy a taxi (( not too old )) and go for further deal.. for more practical answer u may take some ideas from other taxi drivers which r connecred with fast track .it will be a great to clear ur doubts/incomes etc.etc .
