As you have already changed the reflector and bulb,if you want still improvement in lighting, you can go for new headlamp or even get other light fixed with suitable modifications.

The problem is geneuine. You are CD100 SS which was discontinued by Hero Honda 3 years back & now their entry level model is CD Dawn. It;s headlamp is great with high beam but in round shape. Just check whether it suits you. Otherwise just go for Splendor Multi reflector square lamp whcih is great & can be fitted to your SS easily.

ya I am too, a classic bike lover...the deam light during night as lighting a candle...but I changed it to very bright by certain modifications...I will tell you if you're interested...thanx...
