Is it possible to convert an old car into hybrid ?.anyone working on this project?

Currently none of the old cars are converted to practiclly usable Hybrid.However its is possible to implement at project level and with required investment.

Hybrid is comming in india for old vehicles within few months.Indian company was developed it.Testing is going on. I had seen about it in Times of India s Zig wheel suppliment.
