I am owing a Car Maruti Omni 5 Seater and i have booked Maruti Ritz. My car mechanic himself interested in purchasing the omni form me. If i sold the Omni van to my mechanic will i be elegible for the exchange bonus offer by the Maruti. The exchange offer is Rs 15000/- Thank you

No, you should sell your car to Maruti showroom which have exchange offer like True Value, only then you will get exchange offer.

Hi,
For getting exchange offer you will have to sell to dealer only. Otherwise you can sell directly to the person with proper negotiations and go for new car.

Sundaram, u should get xchange bonus by submitting the transferee RC copy. So see that ur mechanic buyer of the omni transfers in his name. Your Dealer still is unobliging simply convey the issue to MUL for ultimately it is they who reimburse the xchange bonus.
